~ Belly Dance ~

 

Whether you are a beginner or a continuing student,

this class will help you improve your fundamentals
while you strengthen, tone, burn calories and improve flexibility.
(New students must complete 'Intro' class before joining ongoing sessions)

~ Introduction to Belly Dance ~ 

This one hour introduction is a pre-requisite for new students and must be completed before they join ongoing classes.

 This class will introduce the fundamentals of basic Belly Dance movement, as well as the importance of proper dance posture and body positioning in Belly Dance.

This introductory class only occurs every 2-3 months, so register and secure your place in class as soon as possible!
